Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fleetero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Service Description
Fleetero is a cloud-based fleet management platform that provides vehicle tracking, driver management, compliance monitoring, expense tracking, and related tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user must have their own account — sharing login credentials is not permitted.
4. Subscription Plans
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans with different feature sets and limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Fleetero. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Data Export
You can export your data at any time through the platform's export features or by contacting support.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
- Exceed reasonable usage limits that impact other users
7. Service Level
We target 99.9% uptime for Pro and Enterprise plans. This does not include scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated in advance. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in the Enterprise agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleetero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
